You, as a technical support engineer will be part of the team that is responsible for handling any questions that the customer has. You’ll be the one to delve into complex situations, diagnosing the problem and escalating the issue to level 3 teams. You’ll ensure that the problem is solved in a quick and adequate way and ensure that everything is documented properly. You’ll be dealing with clients mostly in the DACH region. The office is based in Essen, Germany, however there is a large amount to freedom when it comes to working from home.
That sounds like me! What should I bring to the table?
Well first of all, you should have an affinity with sustainability. Next to that you need a general understanding of electrical systems and knowledge. You have to be able to take ownership of the problems and tackle problems independently head-on. Preferably you have a few years of experience in a customer support related role and you are able to communicate in English and German at a professional level.
