It’s teamwork and it’s important to stay properly aligned throughout the process.
To make sure we stay properly aligned throughout the process we have the following Rules of Engagement:
1. A deal’s a deal
Makes sense right? We believe in commitment and always give 100%. But only if you do the same. That way, we can be successful together. And it helps to make sure we agree to clear terms and conditions upfront. That way everybody knows what they’re in for.
2. Honesty is the best policy
Our starting point is always – quality over quantity, honest and sincere. With us, there are no hidden agendas, bullshit-filled resumes, or fake job ads. It’s only fair that we ask the same, right?
3. The early bird gets the worm
There’s no shortage of opportunities for real talent these days. They have the pick of the litter. And ideally, they won’t have to take too long to make a decision. Therefore, speed is everything. Not just on our end but also on yours. Do you wait to give feedback until a candidate starts interviewing somewhere else? Or would you rather have a few more internal meetings, while your candidate already has a competing offer? Then even we, probably won’t be able to help you.
A new employee is more than a job profile. You know what you’re looking for, we know where to find it.
Because things can and must be done differently, we do not find what you are looking for, but who you need.
