A real Search X’er is Smart. We operate in IT, Sales, Marketing and Renewable Engineering. Just like everyone else. We use various job boards, and social media and have a well-filled database. Just like everyone else. We are constantly expanding our knowledge and keeping it up-to-date. Just like everyone else. So what makes Search X different? That is our smart way of recruitment. We don’t send 200 messages a day on LinkedIn, we don’t cold calling, and we don’t shop around with anonymous resumes.
What do we do? We go in-depth with our clients and candidates. We know exactly what our customers are looking for, and can therefore have a substantive conversation with our candidates. We have set up our processes in such a way that our recruiter focuses on personal contact. Everyone is unique and deserves the right attention. Our work changes lives and we do it like the best!

We try the latest tools, sometimes speak to unique candidates and ask serious questions. A real Search X’er is Loyal. We only work for companies where we would like to work ourselves. Companies that make us enthusiastic, that do cool things, and where nice people work. We are not looking for a one-off mediation, but a long-term relationship.
Thanks to word of mouth, more than half of our customers come from our existing network. And that also applies to our candidates. We like to keep them close by and we always know how to positively surprise with our market knowledge. Even so positive that they often refer their friends to us and now more than a third of our matches come from referrals.
