As an Engineering Manager Integration, you lead the journey to improve the application systems. You are not just pressing some keys, your role contains educating and empowering your team to redefine software quality. You conduct strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and collaborate to find high-quality solutions. How to do this you ask? By using advanced technologies like API/microservices, EAI (Tibco, Mulesoft), and RPA. You involve and empower your team through activities like hackathons, and collaborate with senior management to set platform goals. With a focus on innovation and teamwork, you make sure the technology serves all clients well.
Sounds good, what do I need to bring to the table?
With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science you have a strong technical background. You have at least five years of experience as an individual contributor, along with additional experience as a Team Lead in Integration/API, EAI, RPA, test automation, and strategic team management. You are experienced in leading in individual and group settings. Besides, you have the ability to introduce fresh ideas and leverage modern technology to achieve the company’s goals. A single call can spark a thousand ideas. You are empathetic, decisive, humorous, and people-focused. Even though we live in a digital era and spend most of our time online, your communication skills in person are excellent.
