What can I do?
This hands-on role combines Agile facilitation and project management. You’ll work with 4 Scrum teams—more than 30 specialists—helping them improve processes, follow best practices, and keep everything on track. You’ll guide teams on applying Agile principles every day, facilitate Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and keep everything organized. You’ll also support Product Owners with backlog management, ensuring the team is always sprint-ready.
Beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies, you’ll manage ongoing R&D projects and ensure they align with business goals. You’ll track project status, risks, and progress, keeping stakeholders informed. Collaboration across teams will be key as you optimize processes and improve the software life cycle. Continuous improvement will be a major focus—whether it’s boosting team dynamics, enhancing delivery, or pushing for more agility. Ultimately, you’ll ensure everyone is aligned and working efficiently toward shared goals.
Great, what experience do I need?
You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or PMO in software development. You’ve managed complex projects and led teams through challenging situations. Leading without needing a formal title or authority? That’s second nature to you. You’re well-versed in Scrum and Agile, having managed 3 teams (or 30+ people), and you know the software development lifecycle inside and out, always looking for ways to improve processes.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking systems? Easy. But what sets you apart is your ability to coach and lead teams. You communicate clearly with everyone, whether it’s developers, business stakeholders, or anyone else involved. If you’ve worked in a scale-up environment, where change is constant and things move quickly, you’ll fit right in.

Here’s the deal: €6.500 to €7.500- gross per month, with a bonus structure that rewards your contributions. You’ll also get a mobility package and 8% holiday allowance.
