This job is calling you. As Engineering Manager Front-end in the IT Department, you play a key role in improving the skills and performance of the new team of core and senior Software engineers. Not only do you lead, you are also a mentor for front-end engineers, prioritizing their personal growth and fostering a supportive work environment. You actively drive innovation, managing the full technological lifecycle from concept to delivery. Also, you focus on cutting-edge front-end technologies to ensure the creation of scalable, high-performance digital solutions. Furthermore, you are engaging in thought leadership, you manage complex stakeholder relationships and contribute to the broader engineering community through speaking events. Your leadership will challenge competitors through ongoing innovation and solutions that positively impact society, organization, and all customers.

Sounds good, what do I need to bring to the table?

You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering specialized in front-end technologies tailored for business-critical systems. In addition, you should have at least 2 years of informal leadership experience. Proficiency in developing large-scale applications capable of handling hundreds of thousands of requests per second, coupled with a strong understanding of APIs, is essential. Your track record shows your talent for developing technical expertise within your team and guiding data-driven decisions. Mastery of JavaScript-based front-end technologies, including Node.js and React, is required, along with extensive experience in browser APIs and cross-mobile platform development.
