You are going to be the Director they’ve been looking for, to lead them in the right direction. You are the driving force behind the implementation of new data models and will be managing a team of data scientists, Data engineers, product owners, and big data specialists.
With your skills you enable efficient data science knowledge by owning end-to-end design and implementation of analytical models, defining and implementing standard approaches and tooling, aligning data science modules with product stakeholders, and effectively conveying insights to senior stakeholders.
And do I qualify for all this responsibility?
All these leading tasks and responsibilities ask for the right amount of experience, which you have. Even in a leadership role, you know what you’re doing. You have a background Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field of Computer Science or Mathematics. You also have extensive knowledge regarding, data management and visualization techniques, combined with your advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling. You are also familiar with R, Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases and have a good understanding of machine learning.
