Can you still remember why you decided to start working in IT? It probably has something to do with building cool stuff and solving difficult problems. Unfortunately, you have to work at the biggest companies to attend to the most difficult solutions or the coolest projects. Within these huge companies, you’re mostly nothing other than just a number and good ideas end up in the trash. Does this sound familiar? Then keep reading…

This E-commerce Development Agency does things differently! The company was founded by two developers, and both are still coding every day. Their idea was quite simple; with a dedicated team taking on the most challenging projects for some of the largest clients in the market, and don’t stop until you have built the best possible products. The process has been fine-tuned to the last detail and they are able to deliver both quality and speed to their clients. It may sound obvious, but it has been key to success for over 15 years.

What are they looking for?

Demand has never been higher. Although they never take on too much – it’s better to do a few things perfectly than a lot of things poorly – they struggle to keep up with demand. Customers like T-Mobile and GoBear are quite demanding. This is where you come in.

As a Business Analyst, you are the right hand of the Business Consultant and you ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. You work closely with the customer to fully explore the requirements and translate them into concrete solutions. You are a sparring partner for both the product owners and the lead developers and you also offer the customer a listening ear. In short, you are indispensable.

What do I need to bring?

It goes without saying that you are an experienced Business Analyst. You also have a track record in e-commerce environments. The more technical the environment, the better. You of course don’t have to code yourself, but the better you can talk to the developers, the faster the project will become successful. Furthermore you have excellent verbal and written English skills.

Yes, that’s me but what do I get in return?

Taking ownership also means being rewarded for your efforts. That is why you start on a basic salary between €5.000 and €6.000 gross per month and you receive excellent secondary conditions. Such as a bonus scheme that can amount to 2 monthly salaries and all kinds of expense allowances. Oh yes, every year this company goes on a winter sports holiday! So what are you waiting for? Press Apply and who knows, you might be toasting soon!
