As a senior Xamarin Developer, you are driving the enhancement of several apps for optimal user experience and functionality. In this role you collaborate closely with a team of 7 developers, splitting between embedded IoT devices and app/data platforms. Primarily you focus on working alongside the current app maintainer while receiving support for backend API development. You decide how to show important information to users and will work with the embedded developers to make sure any changes needed in the backend are done smoothly. You help improve the system setup process so installers can troubleshoot problems more easily.
I can do this! What skills do I need?
You have around 4 years of experience with Xamarin, and Forms on iOS and Android, as well as familiarity with maintaining a WPF application. Also, you have experience in porting apps from Xamarin to Maui, and influencing design in past projects is essential. You know other app development frameworks like React Native, SwiftUI, or Flutter. In addition, you have previous work experience in a startup or early-stage scaleup. We are almost there, keep up! Bonus points if you know your way around CSS/HTML/ASP.NET MVC. Experience in running performance benchmarks and hallway usability tests, along with proficiency in Dutch, is preferred. To fulfill this job you must speak and write English fluently.
