As a Senior Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of a powerful SaaS platform used by global engineering companies to manage technical documentation, track revisions, and control complex project data. You’ll step into Scrum environment, taking over the product lead role from the original founder—now a Product Manager—who’s ready to hand over the reins.
This is a rare chance to set up the way of working from scratch, lead a cross-functional team, and bridge two mature platforms into a unified, future-proof solution. You’ll report directly to the CTO, align closely with product managers on roadmap strategy and bring structure, focus, and vision to a product that’s business-critical for the world’s most complex projects. Yes that means: you talk to engineers at 10 AM and explain roadmap changes to the CTO by noon.

Let’s be clear: as a Senior you’ve already delivered in complex SaaS environments, and you know what it takes to lead a product that touches every corner of the business. You’ve worked closely with developers, stakeholders, and C-level leadership, and you’re not just familiar with Agile—you’ve helped others adopt it. You prioritize with confidence, using frameworks like MoSCoW, and you know how to manage expectations in fast-moving product cycles.
You’re curious by heart and not afraid to dive deep into a domain that takes time to master. You have the technical fluency to talk APIs, workflows, and system architecture, even if you’re not writing code. With experience in enterprise-grade platforms, you’re ready to take the lead, bring clarity to complexity, and shape a product that’s already critical to its users—and growing fast.
Sounds like me, what do I get in return?
Your efforts will be generously rewarded with a salary between €80,000 and €85,000 gross per year. The bonus structure is very strong and uncapped. Additionally, a mobility package and an 8% holiday allowance are included.
