Tax might not sound exciting… but keeping the systems running smoothly definitely is. Behind the world of cross-border tax lies a platform that supports some of the biggest organizations and transactions globally.
Sounds interesting …
This organization helps governments, companies, and advisors figure out tricky international tax stuff. They’re independent, well-known, and solid because of their research, publications, and training. Basically, it’s a place where you keep learning, grow, and can be proud of the work you do.
To keep the platform running and improving, they’re looking for someone who knows Dynamics 365 inside out and loves making things work better. What makes this job interesting? You’re not stuck doing the same thing every day. One moment you’re helping finance solve a reporting issue, the next you’re working with marketing to streamline a campaign flow. Your work touches all areas of the organization, and you’ll be the one making sure everything works together as it should. If you like solving problems, making systems work for people, and being in the middle of it all, you’ll enjoy it here!
And my role here?
Every team depends on Dynamics 365 to get things done. You make sure the platform runs and actually supports the way the organization works. That means handling incidents when things go wrong, fixing issues efficiently, and adjusting setups when processes change. You’ll translate business needs into practical solutions by designing smart workflows and functional setups. Whether it’s solving a recurring issue, streamlining a process, or testing a new software update before release, you’re always thinking about how to make things better and more efficient.
You’ll be part of a small, skilled team where you can really tell what and when. You’ll work with developers and process experts, and you’ll be trusted to take initiative. Besides, you’ll also stay on top of updates from Microsoft and spot opportunities to make use of the latest features. Therefore, your work doesn’t just keep the business running, it helps it move forward.
Can I do it?
If you’ve worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for 5+ years, you probably tick many boxes here. Whether you’re more experienced in CE or have a stronger grip on F&O, you understand how the platform works in practice, not just in theory. You know how to analyse business processes to spot where the system helps or holds things back. Comfortable collaborating across teams, you ask the right questions and explain your ideas clearly. Having dealt with messy setups before, you don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken—you just get it done.
Experience with tools like Power Platform and Dual Write integrations is part of your toolkit, and while a functional Dynamics certification is a plus, it’s not a dealbreaker. Most importantly, you’re hands-on, proactive, and confident in your skills. You take ownership of your work, manage your time efficiently, and consistently improve the system week after week.
Is the salary worth it?
The salary package? Totally worth it! You’re getting a solid €4.500,- to €5.900,- gross monthly, plus holiday pay and 20 days off with the option to snag up to 13 extra. Free lunches Monday to Thursday, a premium pension, a hybrid work setup, and even the chance to work abroad for three months a year make it even better. So, what are you waiting for?
