Whether it’s resolving technical issues or answering installation questions, your mission is to keep customers and installers happy and well-informed. When housing cooperatives, businesses, and parking facilities need help with planning and inspections for their charging systems, you’ll guide them over the phone and through digital tools. You’ll also meet electricians and dealers, attending conferences and events to represent the company. Training customers on systems and products, creating knowledge articles and guides, and providing feedback to the product team will keep things interesting.
I want this! But what do they need from me?
Your skills are locked and loaded! You have experience in customer support, especially in tech. Besides this, you’re eager to learn, able to analyse numbers and data, and you have strong social skills. You know a thing or two about CRM systems and how to troubleshoot technical issues. When someone asks if you like to share your skills and knowledge, your answer is definitely yes. Furthermore, you speak English and German fluently. Any additional language is a big plus!
