As Senior Legal Counsel, you will work on national & international cases and
projects. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of
(international) commercial contracts and corporate documents. Supporting and
liaising with the group compliance officer will go hand in hand with that. You’ll be conducting thorough
legal research and translating such into practical advice for colleagues and clients while reporting directly to the CEO and providing legal guidance. Thanks to you, the executive committee of this company is enabled to take strategic and financial decisions, while every legal risk has been addressed.
You will also be liaising with the Group Legal office.
I would like that! Am I good enough?
It’s important that you have the required experience and skill set, we need 5-10 years
of experience within the Energy business from you. During this time, you’ve acquired
expertise in national & international contracting, energy law, M&A, and corporate law.
Your experience in Industry and/or Real Estate related business is useful here, and you
are able to work in proficient Dutch and English. German language skills are a bonus.
