And what’s my job going to be?
As their Java Developer, you’re responsible for every internal system within the organization, together with your colleagues. It’s an important job, because you design, develop and document scalable solutions. You also make sure new updates are executed and deal with incidents, complaints and requests concerning back-end technology.
Great, and I am qualified for this?
You’re going to make this, because you have experience with Java and tools like Spring, Springboot and Git. It’s easy for you to communicate with colleagues and you know how to deal with problems and fix them right on the spot where it hurts. Experience in the media business is nice, but not a must. And maybe the best part; you are always open for new things to learn and ready to master new techniques.

You won’t have to worry about your reward here. You start with a base salary between €3300,- and €4750,- gross based on fulltime. On top of that, you can join in the profit distribution and your secondary working conditions are widely arranged.
