So many people, so many desires. This company’s customers are all different, have different needs and different issues. As Customer Success Manager, it is your job to nurture key customers in Germany after the deal has been closed. Your job is very divers. For example, you will be in contact with existing customers about ongoing contracts, solutions and problems. To solves these problems, you will be in close contact with your sales and solutions colleagues. The goal is to extend and renegotiate contract dimensions, building relationships with customers and provide feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
What do I need to have?
Experience in the world of EV or SaaS is a big plus, and you are someone who thinks creatively and sees certain connections that others might not see. You have at least a completed HBO education and are a communicative team player. You also have a good command of the Germain language. The position is still in development, so you must also dare to take responsibility to fill it yourself.
