We are looking for a great Change Consultant that wants to work for the key players within the financial market. Not only for one player but for all of them.
As a Change Consultant, you will work on different change projects. This can be from an organizational perspective, but also from an IT perspective. You will have an end-to-end role. So you will work from the initial idea, the strategy, the planning, to the execution. Together with a great team.
What do I need to Bring?
A few years of work experience as a Change Professional or similar is a good starting point. Consultancy experience is mandatory. Experience within the financial industry is a big plus. Also, the willingness to work for different clients as a consultant needs to be there.
You speak two of the following languages: English, French, Dutch.
That sounds great, but what about the money
This company knows how to take care of its people. The base salary is up to €80.000 gross a year, depending on your experience. This is excluding the lease car.
