For office locations in the heart of Frankfurt, we’re looking for a commercially proactive location manager for a company that offers flexible working places. The possibility to work wherever, whenever you want in the most ideally equipped offices. That is the dream, right?

Sounds great, what do they need?

As their Sales Manager, you’re commercially and operationally responsible for the beautiful offices in the heart of Frankfurt. The complete company workflow is yours, together with the generation of more business. With your knowledge, pro-active mindset and excellent communication skills, you’re ready to take on this challenge.
You know how to get companies to rent these offices, for the long ór the short term. Customer experience is really important here, together with your service in advising clients about the possibilities of the location. No day is the same here. You’re busy with recruiting new clients, but will also close the deals and coach the hospitality team.

And what do I precisely have to bring?

You got a bachelor’s level of working and thinking, and you got experience in a commercial and/or leading role. You can create new business like nobody else. You’re a good communicator in English and German. As someone who takes full responsibility, quality is on the top of your priority list and that makes you qualified in multiple ways.

This is me, but is it wort hit?
