Somewhere in our bustling capital, there’s a bank. A bank like no other. A bank without offices, without ATM machines and without debit cards. An online bank. Fully digital and as modern as can be. A bank built on technology. And the technology, that has to be right. Which is where you come in.
Ok, so why me?
Quality. That’s your thing. You know better than anyone how important it is to get things right. More importantly, you know how to help others get things right. No one wants to do business with a bank that makes mistakes. It just has to work. Even more so for an online bank. Just as you’d expect stellar service when walking into a bank office, their customers expect a smooth, fluid experience when using their mobile apps or online portals. Customer experience is key and you’re there to make sure they get exactly what they pay for.
So what do I do?
You’ll spend your time writing test scenarios, requirements, documentation, and test reports but above all, you will focus on expanding the current set of automated tests. Of course, it’s important to make sure you keep an overview of the overall landscape. Which is why you will be part of several scrum teams and work closely together with the developers. And should you be clever enough to come up with suggestions on how the process can be improved, you’ll make it known.
Surely, this all makes total sense to you. You are, after all, an experienced test engineer capable of mastering a complex architecture. You’ve got a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT-related field and some solid experience working as a software tester. You’re especially interested in Mobile and API-testing. You got a chance to work with it before and you want to continue getting better at it. And as impressive as your automation skills might be, you’re definitely looking to improve them even further. That shouldn’t be too difficult though, because you’re a great communicator and you’ve got just the right kind of pro-active mindset to be able to thrive in this kind of Fintech environment.
Yup, that’s me. But what do I get in return?
A very attractive salary, of course. This company knows how to properly compensate its employees and not just with money. You’ll get:
- A gross annual salary between € 50.000 and € 75.000,-
- The opportunity to develop yourself further with an educational budget of € 1000,- every year.
- Amazing secondary benefits – They might be an online bank but they’re still a bank. You know the deal.
- Room for great ideas, entrepreneurialism is highly valued.
- A fully paid public transport pass or a travel budget, depending on your preference.
