Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a part of a fast-growing team which solves escalated technical issues. You will resolve issues on charging hardware and software that’s why it is good to have hands-on experience with development and/or support of cloud-connected embedded hardware systems and experience with Embedded C, scripting languages, JSON or XML. The tasks and tickets will be tracked in Salesforce.
Skillset
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical background in electrical, mechanical, electronic or software engineering
- You have 2+ years of experience in technical support
- Preferably experience with sustainable mobility, experience in the automotive industry, sustainable transport, technical supply or energy industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge on M2M communication standards and platforms
Compensation package
- Annual Gross Salary €45.000 – €60.000
