Responsibilities Solution Architect
In this role, you will be accountable for defining and executing the technology architecture strategy. You will design, develop and deploy different solutions and ensure that proposed and existing systems architectures are aligned with Enterprise standards and technology roadmap. We also expect you to come up with innovative and creative ideas. With your technical expertise and experience, you are not only responsible for the architecture, but also for the technical quality. You are current on industry trends & new technologies for the system architecture. You must collaborate with different business units to collect requirements, collaborate and supervise 3rd party technical staff and engage internal technical experts to complete projects.
*Skillset Solution Architect
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- You have 10+ years experience in Software Development with proven architecture, analysis, and consulting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment on a large or global scope
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering architecture artefacts (solution evaluation, conceptual architecture, architecture design)
- 3-5 years experience of ERP System Implementation, Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning
- High-level understanding of various programming languages and techniques including serverless architecture
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
- Experience with system's development life cycle model (e.g. systems analysis, requirements gathering)
- Experience in evaluating 3rd party vendors and solutions
- Experience architecting reusable frameworks for equipment control
