Awesome, what will I be doing?
You will part of the Dutch subsidiary, located in Amsterdam, and it is growing fast! The team you start in consists of 7 people, of which 4 are working from the office together with you. As a WMS Software After Sales Technician, you will provide technical support to automated installations, improve installations within the stabilization phase, and develop and deploy software modifications. In addition, you will document and report changes, of course, you will train customers and own staff and optimize the logistics flow in warehouses of your clients when you spot room for improvement.
So, what is expected from me?
You need to bring an IT educational background as a starter, you have programming experience with either C# or SQL and you are also still brilliant in Microsoft Word and Excel 😉 Experience within a logistics, automation, and robotics environment is considered a big plus. For the latter, it is necessary that you speak fluent English, speaking Spanish or Dutch is an advantage.
