In industries where large projects come together, such as construction or energy, managing data and information can quickly become chaotic. With decades of experience in developing advanced document management solutions, this organization helps businesses maintain clarity and collaborate seamlessly.

This company takes it a step further by leveraging AI to manage data even more effectively. Their software doesn’t just do what you ask—it actively thinks along with businesses. For example, it searches documents, identifies relationships between information, and even detects issues in data. As a Service Delivery Manager, you ensure that clients can consistently rely on top-notch service and efficient processes.

I’m interested! What will I do?

In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning and coordinating software releases. You’ll define the scope and ensure that all teams—from developers to security and infrastructure—are perfectly aligned. Additionally, you’ll oversee smooth and timely rollouts of releases, working closely with various departments and stakeholders.

Beyond release management, you’ll serve as the link between internal departments and external service providers. You’ll monitor agreements, keep an eye on SLAs, and actively work on process improvements and collaboration. During incidents, you’ll coordinate solutions and ensure clear communication with all parties involved. You’ll also document and analyze interactions to implement improvements. Furthermore, you’ll optimize systems like CI/CD pipelines and work with Kubernetes and Docker for container management. With significant freedom, you’ll shape processes and methodologies to enhance service delivery. In this flat, open organization, independence and initiative are highly valued, and you’ll report to the infrastructure team.

Can I do this?

Absolutely! You have experience with complex projects in an international environment and consider yourself a medior with the ambition to grow further. Managing software releases and ITIL methodologies are familiar territory for you. It’s a bonus if you’re proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, and Linux, and have extensive experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD.

You’re comfortable working in a matrix organization and excel at motivating and strengthening teams through targeted training. In an agile environment, you collaborate effortlessly with stakeholders worldwide, ensuring successful projects through clear communication. Leadership, stakeholder management, and project management are second nature to you. You’re skilled at problem-solving, setting priorities, and adapting flexibly to changes. Your attention to detail, focus on quality, and strong customer-centric approach set you apart. You work independently and take initiative, while also being a strong team player. With your ability to document and analyze processes, you implement targeted improvements. Plus, you’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Great! What’s in it for me?

Rest assured, you’ll be well-rewarded. Expect an excellent monthly salary between €5.500 and €6.500, depending on your experience. Of course, the additional benefits are also superb. You’ll join a flat, international organization with a great work environment, plenty of freedom to define your role, and ample opportunities for professional growth. So, what are you waiting for? Apply now, and we’ll talk to you soon!
