What would be your roadmap?
As their Ecommerce continues to grow, we are looking for experienced leaders with the ability to coach and inspire teams in an agile, non-hieratical, and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibility as a Product Owner is to develop a long-term strategy/vision for the product (based on the overall e-commerce strategy). Next to this, you are responsible for the development of the various digital products, you play an essential role in the implementation, promotion, and acceptance of the developed products among users.
What do I need to bring in?
You are that Product Owner that has multiple years of experience in tech project management in an agile way. Secure right priority and commercial e-commerce impact, performance, and effect of product development. Understanding conversion effect, product experience, and individual brand impact are not unfamiliar to you. You are not afraid to show off those strong stakeholder skills and communicate over the overall product delivery (across different technology & analytics teams) in a flat and dynamic organization.
Your experience in successful stakeholder management with a constant focus on quality and having an agile mindset and approach is what motivates you most, as having a critical look and gathering feedback on implemented initiatives.
What is the return on investment of your time and energy?
Up to €90.000,- a year is what you can achieve for this role depending on your skillset. This role will offer a huge adventure in terms of company growth, technical challenges, and sufficient resources to cover the investment in new technologies.
