We are looking for a Senior Commercial Alliance Manager in the region Utrecht for an innovative software company that is rapidly expanding worldwide. This company specializes in advanced digital products and solutions that help organizations streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and optimize business operations. And that’s where you come in.

What You Will Do

This company is growing fast across multiple regions. The company sales strategy is based on partnerships and a reseller strategy approach. They want to form strategic alliances with key partners and companies that are going to sell their software solutions for them. Your role as Senior Commercial Alliance Manager will be to develop and implement this strategy, identifying the right partners worldwide and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

Your ultimate goal will be to drive revenue growth through a well-structured partnership ecosystem. While you will take the lead in building this network, you will be supported by a dedicated commercial team, including sales, marketing, and product specialists. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

What You Bring

With over ten years of experience in Commercial Alliance Management within an international setting, you specialize in reseller and partner strategies. You excel at both identifying and closing new alliances and partnerships, as well as managing existing alliances and partnerships to achieve commercial goals and key performance indicators. You have a strong understanding of software solutions and operate effectively in a B2B environment.

Your proactive and strategic mindset allows you to adapt quickly to market changes and optimize partnerships for maximum growth. You are customer-focused, analytically driven, and skilled at setting priorities while identifying areas for improvement. You naturally build and maintain relationships, have an eye for detail, and take initiative to drive continuous enhancements. You work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Additionally, you speak and write fluent English and are used to working in a fast-paced international setting and willing to travel approximately 20% of your time.

What’s in It for You?

You can expect a competitive monthly salary between €8.000 and €10.000. The bonus structure is very strong and uncapped. Additionally, a mobility package and an 8% holiday allowance are included.
