As a Security Operations Engineer based in the Amsterdam office, you will be part of the Security team that is responsible for creating and nurturing a healthy security culture and security posture within the entire group, interacting with all colleagues in the Netherlands, France, US, etc. This role will focus on the development of the security aspects together with the technical team.
You will work on supporting product and IT engineering and help teams build a solid baseline for security and anchor this within their way of working, helping manage exceptions to the baseline get resolved.
That sounds like me! What should I bring to the table?
Well, foremost, you should have an affinity for sustainability. Next to that, you need a general understanding and/or experience with Java, JavaScript, C, SQL, Python or Go. It would be also nice if you have experience with GCP, TOGAF, OWASP and CIS.
Next to that, You have to be able to take ownership of the problems and tackle problems independently head-on.
