What do I bring?
It’s important to have a strong foundation so a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. The same goes for Salesforce development experience of course. The more certifications you have the better. What’s even more important though, is your hands-on Salesforce development experience. In APEX, VisualForce, and SOQL.
Besides possessing the right technical skills, you also need to be able to communicate effectively. Being fully fluent in English is just one part of that. Being able to level easily with stakeholders on different levels is another. Whether it be other technical professionals, senior management, or business stakeholders, you’ll be expected to give valuable advice in a meaningful way.
