For their 4 locations in Brussels, they are looking for a Head of Sales with a big professional network in Belgium. Responsibility
As the Head of Sales, you secure long-term relationships with real estate agents, governmental organizations and other parties for steady, fast-paced expansion. You are responsible for quality lead flow and outstanding sales conversions and you organize events with the team. You will participate as a key advisor on important sales decisions and provide advice and counsel to the sales teams.
Skillset Head of Sales
- You have a bachelor or master degree
- You have experience with real estate leadership and/or the hotel industry
- You have excellent English and Dutch communication skills, French is a plus
- Experience in successfully managing large budgets
- Strong oral, verbal and written communication and skills
- Ability to publicly represent the company with internal and external stakeholders
- You are able to motivate people to take action, coach them and give leadership
Compensation
- Salary €40.000 – €50.000
- 38 hours per week
