There’s so much to think about when you want to join the necessary shift to renewable energy. Sooner or later, companies have to start or enlarge their efforts. Then you have to think about a lot of components. How do you keep an overview of all that?

Charging points, solar panels, batteries and the electricity net, all this combined in one platform. They’ve been expanding their business, so they don’t only do energy management now, but also EV charging, and smart integrated solutions. Both the software and the hardware. That’s great! And what can I do here?
As their Project Manager, you will be involved in the execution of different client facing projects. You will identify, plan and manage the projects for the different clients of our client and coordinate teams to achieve the project objectives and meet the customer goals.
Of course you develop the project plans and set goals, milestones and the budget together with the different clients. You monitor process, identify risk and you communicative proactively to address concerns and/or changes.
Stakeholder management is key within the role. Just like the reporting side of the job.
The projects that you are going to be involved in a very broad but always focused on sustainability, EV and/or renewable energy.
And how much experience do I need to have
You got at least 2 years of experience as a Project manager in customer facing projects. And you completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as sustainably energy, electrical engineering or a similar degree. You have knowledge or affinity with sustainable energy, EV and/or charging infrastructure.
Last but not least you have excellent communcation and problem/solving skills. And now how to manage project and even more important complete them!
And what’s in it for me here?
Let’s start with the most interesting thing: numbers. Based on your experience you start with a gross monthly salary between: €3.500 and €4.500. But we’re not there yet.
