Our client supplies more than 250.000 different automotive parts in the Netherlands alone. If we take a look at Europe, this shoots into the millions. The focus is on accurate and fast delivery via various channels. Mainly B2B channels like garages and wholesalers.

For the further growth of the organization within Europe, we are looking for a Product Manager B2B who will be responsible for the B2B ordering portal that all garages and wholesales of our client are using to order their parts. It is a very complex portal with a lot of stakeholders that runs within the whole of Europe.

Do I have to do that all by myself?!?

Certainly not! You will join a dedicated product team, that consists out of 3 Product Owners and a multidisciplinary software development team. You will also work very closely with the channel managers.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end product management of the B2B ordering portal. So that means determining the mission, vision, and strategy of the product based on the market and business/client developments. The product plan for the short and the long term, with the right goals and KPI’s. And of course the overall roadmap of the product and the coordination of the development. Besides that, you will have a leading position in stakeholder management on every level. All this within an Agile way of working.

What requirements do I have to meet?

Firstly, you are an experienced product manager, who has extensive experience with B2B solutions. Preferably e-commerce platforms and/or ordering portals, but that is not a must.

You feel right at home at translating business strategies into successful digital products. Stakeholder management is also something you have been doing for years. Also at C level. Of course, you also know how to roll out/implement digital solutions within a European context. Besides leading complex projects and managing teams.

Of course, you will be well rewarded for all that hard work. To start with an annual base salary of between €70.000 and €90.000 gross per year. Of course, there is also a bonus. This can be up to 25% of the yearly salary. In addition, a lease car is negotiable.
