Job description Procurement Manager IT
As a Procurement Manager IT, you will manage the local team and a remote back-office function. You will define, execute and manage procurement initiatives in close collaboration with the business and Global Procurement covering the following activities amongst others:
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Drive savings and value for money
- Sourcing, contract negotiations, and category planning
- Deploy global practices & policies
- Create Business cases/TCO models
- keep up with market developments in IT/Telco
You will build a strategic category plan for the respective commodity area detailing key savings initiatives, market trends and spend analysis. Additionally, you will manage the relationships with both local and global key stakeholders as well as with members of in-country procurement team through regular alignment calls/meetings. Managing of the performance of strategic vendors through a structured regime of supplier relationship management will also be one of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in Procurement of IT & Telco, and speak fluently Dutch and English (German beneficial). Bachelor’s degree is required and you have a valid Dutch work permit. Also:
- Experience with Software licensing agreements
- Knowledge of main procurement IT & Telco, both Sourcing and Contract
- Experience in working in international environments
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Team management experience
- Negotiation skills
- Willing to travel (10-20%)

- Salary €65.000 – €85.000 (all-in)
