Your role consists of two very important aspects. On the one hand, you’ll fulfill an important role as a senior software engineer in a small and dynamic DevOps team. You will develop and test digital flows on the mobile banking apps of this company. On the other hand, you will coach, mentor, and motivate IT experts in your Android chapter. You are the inspiring technical lead within your squads and teach them about the way of work. You’ll find yourself working in an Agile environment, where ideas come to life faster.

You have a proven track record and proficiency in Android OS development and you have an understanding of automation, continuous delivery, and pipelines. This organization works with Azure DevOps, Kafka, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker, so a strong and up-to-date knowledge of IT is key. Also, you have an interest in software architecture and a strong vision of the trends in software development and technology. You write and speak English fluently and are not afraid to be a sparring partner for your colleagues.
