We’ve got enough platforms already, right? Everyone can find each other without breaking a sweat these days. So why do we need more of those platforms? Well, what if everyone can make money on this one, with an extra bonus that vulnerable people get some well-needed help. Then it suddenly gets interesting…
So how does this work?
How could you possibly find easy accessible and manageable jobs that are just around the corner? Matching certain small jobs to the most suited talent could be a pain in the ass. Whether you need someone to execute your temporary job or if you’ve got some spare time to earn extra, it could be a win-win.
This platform is the ideal connection between employer and employee on the short term. They match individuals with companies that require specific tasks to be done, anytime and everywhere. Business flexibility gets a huge boost and there are more opportunities for individuals. And next to that, they’ve got a specific platform for the mentally vulnerable people, who can easily find people they need there.
That’s nice! What can I do here?
Psychologically ill people need help. That’s common sense. This platform offers the support they need. The community consists of professionals like psychologists, but also other clients, doctors and people with experience. As their Mendix developer, you’ll work together with the relevant product owners to scope and deliver on the roadmap. Assisting in making the timelines realistic is also important. Because of your work, people in mental care will be able to get care when they want, from whom they want, and delivered in a way that fits them best.
That’s beautiful, let me check my resumé
As a team player, you’re easy to work with and got a creative mind. You take ownership of the projects you work on, and think about what the clients need in your product. As a medior or senior, working individually is not a problem and you pick up things quickly, and delivering software solutions is what you do for a living. And above all, helping the people who really need help gives you satisfaction on a level they all have.
That’s me! What’s the paycheque like?
Depending on your experience, the yearly salary is in a range between €60.000 and €80.000 gross. Working from home is easily doable. And I’m sorry to be stale, but the full secondary working condition package is settled; pension, travel allowance, fun company outings, you name it! So why don’t you ask our most experienced recruiter Ernst a little more about it, because he’s got a lot more to tell…
