That sounds great, but what does the tech look like?
The platform has been developed using Java on AWS, with a React Front-end. The Machine Learning models have been developed by the Data Scientists using R and everything communicates through REST Apis. All in all, a strong foundation. But there’s plenty more to do. From expanding the API to allow for more integration and real-time dashboarding, to developing more customization options for both employers and candidates.
