What’s next…

With new innovations like same-day delivery and personalized experiences, online shopping is getting better and better at meeting our individual needs. The end isn’t in sight yet, and this company knows it! While most businesses just focus on sales, they’re taking it a step further, or rather, a leap. With a range of products from the latest gadgets to essential appliances and a service as sharp as their humor, it’s no wonder this organization consistently comes out on top. Of course, behind such a company is a great team, and that team could use an extra hand or two!

Sounds good, what will I be doing?

As a Lead Data Analyst Marketing, you’ll ensure that performance marketing becomes even more effective. You’ll be in charge of an important part of the marketing machine that takes campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Indeed to the next level. With smart planning, you’ll help hit quarterly goals. As a Lead, you’ll not only review your team’s work but also help them grow both professionally and personally.

You’ll dive into data every day, developing and improving marketing data products and processes. Besides, you’ll work on projects that really make a difference! For example, you’ll set up automated systems to track and spot issues, so you can see how campaigns are performing and make quick adjustments if needed. You’ll make sure the impact is measured accurately and that the results are clear for everyone to understand.

What do I need to bring to the table?

You have a university degree focusing on quantitative subjects like Business Analytics, Econometrics, or Economics. With 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing analysis or working with marketing data, you know how to use data to get the best insights. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is essential, and experience with tools like dbt, Looker, or Airflow is a plus!

You’re great with both data and people and love guiding and coaching a team technically and personally. You thrive on working with terabytes of data and know how to use that information to create smart processes. Always curious about the latest developments, you know how to persuade others with your ideas and plans. Last but not least, you’re fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

What about the rewards?

You can expect a salary between €4.150,- and €6.000,- per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. You’ll enjoy a great balance of three days in the office and two days working from home. Don’t worry, everything is set up so you can work comfortably from home just as you would in the office. Travel expenses are covered, there is a solid pension scheme, and you’ll receive a home office allowance. With 25 vacation days, you can relax and do what makes you happy—just promise you’ll come back! In-house training and an easily accessible office near the station are also part of the benefits package. What are you waiting for? Apply now, and we’ll speak to you soon!
