The most useful data makes the most efficient marketing and sales. With the help of big data, the out-of-home market is a whole new world of potential. To reach this world even better, they need your help. Become the contributor to the connection of great brands with relevant foodservice locations.
All right, tell me more!
Big food companies and small brands all have the same goal: to reach the full potential of their market. In order to do that, data is the key. With the help of big data, valuable information reaches the client to build location profiles. But where does that data come from?
This organization develops unique tools to make markets transparent. They gather and maintain data of diverse public places. This collected data from over 16 countries can be filtered on 35 site characteristics. And that is golden information in the out-of-home market. What makes it even better, is that unlike most companies, where data is a supportive factor, here it is the core business.
And what will I be doing here?
As a iOS Developer you will be part of the mobile team that is responsible for the continues development and innovation of their existing app. You will mainly be working on a new App which they recently introduced to the Dutch Market. In addition, you will also develop new apps to gather more location data via consumer communities or business owners. You will optimize connectivity and functionalities of the app and improve the existing test procedures.
That’s nice! Can I do this?
Of course you can. You don’t need half a lifetime of experience in iOS Development. Your knowledge of Swift, Objective C and SQL is very useful in this job, and skills in designing and implementing systems that consume REST-based APIs are in your pocket. Experience with scrum methodology is a plus and writing and speaking English is not an issue.
How will I be compensated for all of this?
You won’t be frustrated on the first of the month, to be fair. Depending on your experience, your yearly salary could reach over €60.000 gross, and then you’re still “only a junior”. The brand new office in the city center of Haarlem will be comfortable, but you can also work from home if you want to. You got lots of technical freedom and the small team you work in will welcome you with open arms. And so will Bastiaan, who can tell you much more about this job if you apply.
