We are looking for multiple IT Support Specialists for our client in Manchester to provide support in various IT areas including end-user support, phone/voicemail administration, and special projects as needed. Do you have strong customer service skills? Then we are looking for you!
Because of their fast growth, our client is looking for multiple IT Support Specialists to strengthen their Client Support team. In this role, you will be providing 1st line support for a range of technical issues, partly through their internal ticketing system. You will work closely with fellow support agents to provide quick and reliable support.
