This fast-growing international organization has more than 30 webshops spread over 25 European countries where they sell the best lighting solutions. Behind these webshops runs a complex e-commerce platform that keeps everything running. Because customer experience is becoming increasingly important, this is the next step that this organization wants to take in the technical development.
What am I going to do?
As an IT specialist you are responsible for maintaining and optimizing systems and applications within the organization. You are involved in further automating the digital workplace. In addition, you are the first point of contact with colleagues when it comes to the use of their digital workplace. You will also deal with handling requests that come in via Jira.
Do I have the required skills to work here?
You already have the necessary experience in system administration: you know how to install and maintain hardware, system, network, telecom and software components. Having knowledge about Active Directory, VPN connections and networks is also important. Finally, your problem-solving and analytical skills come in handy for solving various problems.
