What do they need?
As IT manager, you will be responsible for all things IT. From defining the long-term IT strategy together with management and internal stakeholders, to the development, maintenance and support of all hardware and applications. Both on- and offshore. Whatever your own team of 3 FTE can’t provide will be delivered by the outsourcing parties you manage.
The goal is simple. Help the company hold on to its market-leading position by leveraging all the benefits modern technology has to offer. Data will play a large role in achieving that goal which is why you’ll also be involved in information management and will set the standard for cybersecurity.

As an experienced IT manager, you already have what it takes. A degree in IT, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, technical leadership experience, and the communicative skills to bring it all together.
