Their internal IT team is currently working on a number of different projects and it’ll be your job to make sure they are successful. From the migration to Azure AD and an upgrade of the phone systems to a refresh of the workplaces and setting up Mobile Device Management.
My kind of challenge, what should I bring?
Let’s start with several years of relevant IT management experience and an appropriate degree. Of course, it’d be great if you also have prior experience leading similar projects and maybe even have project management experience. It’s not just about providing structure though. You’ll be leading a team of 5 people and all of them have the desire to learn and grow as a professional. So we need you to be a people-person. Someone who knows how to engage, motivate en challenge others, whether they be team-members, senior management, or internal stakeholders.
