By working with a very special company. A company that just happens to be looking for an Interim IT Manager to cover for at least 6 months of maternity leave.
Sounds great, what do you need?
As with any organization, they also rely on IT to do their work and they are currently looking for a Freelance IT manager to cover for the maternity leave of their current IT manager. This is an assignment for at least 6 months, with a possible extension. Their internal IT team is currently working on a number of different projects and it’ll be your job to make sure they are successful. From the migration to Azure AD and an upgrade of the phone systems to a refresh of the workplaces and setting up Mobile Device Management. Everything has to keep moving forward.
My kind of challenge, what should I bring?
Let’s start with several years of relevant IT management experience and an appropriate degree. Of course, it’d be great if you also have prior experience leading similar projects and maybe even have project management experience. It’s not just about providing structure though. You’ll be leading a team of 5 people and all of them have the desire to learn and grow as a professional. So we need you to be a people-person. Someone who knows how to engage, motivate en challenge others, whether they be team-members, senior management, or internal stakeholders.
I’m in, but I’m not cheap
