This company is relatively new but growing very fast. As we all know, trading through the phone is old-fashioned. Now the new era has come and almost all trading is done through computers. That’s also the case for this company. This means that there is a lot of data coming in and this needs to be maintained and analyzed. And that’s where you come in, as their freelance business analyst.
And what will I exactly do?
Here, they work with CRTM and ETRM implementations, and that will be a major part of your job as well. You’ll help achieve accounting implementation of Commodities trades booked in the ETRM, but working with data is also really important. Analyzing data within the trading system, determining its quality and extracting it together with developers. In that way, you know just what needs to be the next step to take.

Experience as a business analyst makes you especially suited for this job, you’ve learned to work in an Agile development team and/or Scrum processes there. Furthermore, you have experience analyzing business requirements and creating plans with the business.
