As a Field Service Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the field service KPI reports and discussions with their field service partners and service customers.
You will also be responsible for the implementation and management of new field service partners, provide support and expert activities to those who provide remote first-line or on-site
services. You are also focusing on further optimizing processes around structural
operational problems.

That sounds like me! What should I bring to the table?

First of all, it would be nice if you are fluent in English. If you also speak German or French that would be a great bonus! Next to that, you have a technical (electrical engineering) background or either work experience. It would be nice if you also have experience with 2nd or 3rd line technical support. But most of all you need to know how to prioritize and manage several large business partners!
