Main activities
- Pre-sales support for multi-regional and large regional deals: present and articulate the(technical) benefits of all solutions and products to partners and customers
- Provide technical and market expertise in tender bids, including confirming the technical conformity in tender bids
- Provide technical training courses to sales teams and partners
- Provide feedback from the field and recommendations on solution features and roadmap to product managers
- Share market feedback with the Product Marketing team
Skillset
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- You have 5+ years of experience in technical support, sales support or technical customer service, preferably within the mobility industry
- Willingness to travel (30%)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably French, German or Spanish
- Expertise in charging solutions is a pre
- Strong commercial skills
Compensation package
- Annual Gross Salary €60.000 – €85.000
