What are they looking for?

Currently they are expanding their sales team in Europe! To support the stronger demand for the solutions and as part of the strategy to expand direct sales in Europe, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Software Enterprise Account Manager to be based ideally in the UK.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of GRC/EHS/ORM technology and increase adoption and market segment presence in Europe.

What will I do?

The ideal candidate will have both a sales/account management and industry background that will allow them to drive executive level engagement as well as maintain relationships with a network of partners.

Key Responsibilities
Main responsibility is to sell business application software/solutions and related services to a range of named/unnamed accounts/geographies (mainly Tier 1 and 2 accounts).

Drive and manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning.

Develop proposed solutions that encompass all aspects of the application. Develop, present and sell a value proposition.

Negotiate product/service terms at own discretion in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party vendors.

Manage complex or high profile territories and/or clients.

Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with client senior management to understand their needs and link them to the company’s product/service strategies

Travel to and attend conferences, events and client meetings as required

The work is non-routine and very complex!

What should I bring to the table?

We are looking for an individual with many years of relevant experience, including 8 to 10 years minimum of successful sales experience in selling SaaS solutions to business.

Several years of field sales or account management experience or other equivalent experience.

Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts, develop account strategy. Interaction with C-level stakeholders.

Self-starter with strong interpersonal / communication skills.

Excellent communication/negotiation/closing skills with prospects/customers.

You are a self-starter who is willing to develop and execute a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver results.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

An understanding of GRC/EHS/ORM needs.
