How am I contributing?

As a Customer Service technology Specialist, your job is to provide the best customer service regarding the software to users. You will do this by resolving moderate complex technical and product-related problems reported by the users. Furthermore, you will communicate these problems to the development teams so that they can work with them to improve the software and product. To do all this you will need to have a great knowledge of the business, software/product, and most importantly the customers. To be able to provide the best service possible.

Sounds nice! What experience do I need?

You know how to provide technical customer service. You have at least had some experience in the B2B market. You have previous experience with database technologies such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. And if you have experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS,
and Azure this could be the perfect match! You can communicate clearly and helpfully with customers, and last but not least: you’ve got a passion for helping through solving problems.
