Background of the initiative

The initiative, called Homerun, is a good example of something that goes beyond traditional banking.
Homerun is an initiative to be present in the homeownership phase, especially for clients that want to renovate their house. This includes matchmaking with quality contractors, but we also support the communication and documentation with all parties involved in a renovation.

Role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be actively working with the Experiment Lead who is responsible for all experiments in our distribution channels. You will be asked to create a content strategy that is further detailed in a content calendar and is executed by you operationally. You will be producing all creatives (design & copy) behind all our campaigns, both online and offline including newsletters, ad campaigns, social marketing, blogs, videos, etc. Your work is an important factor in our growth strategy to create the necessary awareness and activation amongst our customer segment.

Skillset

• Native Dutch-speaking professional

• Copywriting skills: you are a native Dutch speaker with an excellent command of the Dutch language;

• You have a creative mind that is constantly looking for new topics, angles, and formats to approach the customer segment;

• You know how to set out a content strategy and execute it operationally;

• You are able to analyze and optimize marketing activities based on performance metrics and
funnel optimization;

• You are a digital native, easily jumping between tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD – Premiere Pro or Final Cut or any video editor;

• You know the tricks between creating content for each distribution channel;

• You have gained experience in digital marketing and community management.
