Interesting, what will be my role?

As a Change Manager, you are the driving force behind optimizing the planning module. After mastering this module, you will work on mapping and improving the requirements of various companies within the organization. You translate these needs into functional designs and proactively collaborate with software suppliers for development. Project and stakeholder management are crucial in your role. Alongside a fellow planning expert, you will be responsible for a smooth implementation of new features/projects at various company locations. And your presence at the office is essential for presenting work processes, internal training, and support. Let’s change for success!

Sounds good, what do I need for this?

Ideally, you have completed a degree in Business Administration, CE, Change Management, or a similar field, and you are always up to date with the latest technologies. A true digital native. Your innovative and analytical mindset sets you apart, you enjoy working on projects, and you have a keen interest in change management. Additionally, you speak and write fluent English and live in the Netherlands. By the way, if you have knowledge of APIs and experience with planning systems, you earn bonus points.
