Sounds nice! I’m all about achieving goals, but what I’m I going to do?
You will be responsible for the servicing reporting needs of our client. You will make the translation of the company strategy intro workable KPI’s. You will of course also analyze the KPI’s and define the reports for them to inform all the important stakeholders. Data is key after all. Talking about analyzing. You will also be responsible for all the analyses that are needed. Think about: market analysis, product analyses, result analysis, etc.
You will also be in charge of mapping management en department requirements for business information. And set up the definitions for dashboards, reports, and data. For this, you will work closely with the BI Specialist, Mark Analyst, and the Data Engineer. You will also be their supervisor.
Based on all the gathered knowledge and information you will advise the management on their next steps and the initiatives they need to start. You will act as their strategic sparring partner when it comes to strategy, data, and goals.
All this to see if the ongoing projects of our client really bring value to the table. And if so, how much. They really want to know!
Great, that sounds like me, but what experience do I need?
You are a master in setting up KPI’s based on a complex company strategy. Doing analysis is your second nature. Besides that, you know everything about data processing and you are great at data analyses. And creating the best possible reports.
You really understand how you can measure if a project is successful or not. And also how successful it is and what are the reasons behind this. Of course, you are also used to work as an advisor for senior managers. So a strategic mindset is needed.
