With the world slowly reopening again, our client is welcoming familiar and new guests to stay with them again. To support their fast-growing concept, they are looking for a Business analyst who will translate high-level business requirements into detailed requirements.
So, where do I come in?
In this position, you are responsible to gather and analyze the business requirements. You will also define, prepare, and maintain the KPIs together with the metrics that are linked to product performance. Besides, you will give your advice on product improvements. But most importantly you will make sure that the changes that are implemented are successful. All of this you will do in an Agile working environment.
Sounds cool but am I up to the task?
As the soon-to-be Business Analyst, your goal is to analyze the operations. Therefore, they are looking for somebody with a real passion for analysis.
You should have some experience as a Business Analyst and have at least some experience in the hospitality industry. Quality and accuracy are extremely important to be able to do the job successfully. So, an analytical eye for detail is a must. As you have to communicate with different departments an excellent English level is needed as are the communication skills. But most important is that you enjoy doing analyses.
