You, as a Technical Support Engineer AC, will be part of the team that is responsible for handling any questions that the customer has. You’ll be the one to delve into complex situations, diagnosing the problem and escalating the issue to level 3 teams. You’ll ensure that the problem is solved in a quick and adequate way and ensure that everything is documented properly. You will be dealing with German-based clients but are able to work (almost) completely remote.

Well, first of all, you should have an affinity for sustainability. Next to that, you need a general understanding of electrical systems. You have to be able to take ownership of the problems and tackle problems independently head-on. Experience in customer support would be a benefit and you speak both English and German at a professional level.
